Eminem was in Germany last week promoting Relapse and his appearance on a television program actually became a pretty interesting case study on foreign affairs. First, they made him freestyle over a German ChaChaCha. Pretty cool and informative look at some music from that country. Then they discussed what you can actually say on TV in Germany. Turns out anything!
Don't. Like. This. Eminem has released a preview clip for the video of his next single 3 A.M. (You can hear that song HERE.) The full video and all it's bloody horror will drop this Saturday (May 2) at 10am.
Eminemhas revealed the album cover for his next record, Relapse. It features his face formed from a pile of pills. Makes sense - he recently admitted to a years long drug addiction problem which forced him to step-back from making music:
"I wasn’t ready to give up the drugs. I didn’t really think I had a problem. Basically, I went in, and I came out. I relapsed, and I spent the next three years struggling with it. Also, at that time, I felt like I wanted to pull back, because my drug problem had got so bad."
Eminem is back and out with a brand new video and single called 'We Made You'. The other day he said there's a little celebrity bashing in the track - and that's like understatement of the year. He heckles Bret Michaels, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson, Tony Romo, John Mayer, Jennifer ANiston, Blaaaaake, Amy Winehouse, Sarah Palin, Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears and a half dozen others, so hard. The Bret Micahels spoof had me on the ground. CRACK-UP.
There's also cameos from Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. Enough of me go have a watch!
"It's not necessarily taking deliberate shots at people. ... Yes, it is. What the fuck am I talking about?" That's Eminemtalking about sections of his new music video 'We Made You, which stars some 'celebrity bashing.'
But there's a little more than just ripping on the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Em is effing with our mental processes: "Hot chicks who don't want me, I'm telling them they do. It's kind of like a reverse-psychology thing, and I'm gonna see if the record comes out and it works."
