Lemmy romances you to death with a cover of Stand by Me

Lemmy romances you to death with a cover of Stand by Me

The love song Stand By Me was barely recorded the first time around by Drifters singer Ben E. King. It only made it onto tape because King had some extra studio time to burn.

Since they original release in 1961 it's been covered dozens of times by artists like John Lennon, Pennywise, and now Lemmy Kilminster.

Lemmy recorded his version for the new Flip skate film 'Extremely Sorry'. It shows up in the section for Geoff Rowley, who also conducted a pretty killer interview with Lemmy.

Check out the track and the rest of the Extremely Sorry soundtrack right here.
