And not just because he's talking about getting stoned with Tommy Chong. But because Arnold is being honest.
More politicos should follow his lead!!!
And we love how Stallone tried to cover his ass first. Watch this crack up video ----> here.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger today issued his plan for universal health care across California. That means every single person living in state boundries must be insured. The key here is the word "must." Under Schwarzenegger's plan, every person must have health insurance. But the cost of that insurance will be spread among business, government, insurance and hospitals. A partial breakdown follows:
- Businesses must pay four percent of their payroll into a health insurance fund.
- Doctors must pay two percent of their revenues to the fund.
- Hospitals must pay four percent to the fund.
- Insurance providers must spend at least 85 percent of their revenues on patient care.
Insurance for those who earn three times less than the state poverty limit will be partially subsidized. Schwarzenegger snapped at critics who called him out over subsidizing the poor:
"I don't think it is a question or a debate if they ought to be covered. ... The federal courts have made that decision - that no one can be turned away. The question really isn't to treat them or not to treat them. The question really is how can you treat them in the most cost-effective way."
Critics ranging from doctors, insurance providers, labor leaders, hospitals, business groups and nearly everyone in state government are already hissing over the plan. Each complaint seems to be over a change in the fee structure.
RAD REPORT WORD:
The whiners really need to stop whining. It is a good point that the government should not force us to do anything -- such as have insurance. But do you have any more control under the current health care mess? F**k no. We all need to pay our fair share. Just do it and stop complaining.

CA Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is finding a little rest in a comfy bed somewhere, but those pesky politicians keep making him do work. The knuckleheads in Sacramento have Arnold on a video conference phone from his hospital bed in Los Angeles. Arnie broke his leg in Idaho when he burst through a tree while skiing. Poor little tree, it's just trying to live, awwww.

Healthy man Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to get everybody healthy. One problem: it costs a lot! Still the Governor has told the Los Angeles Daily News:
The problem of the uninsured is "devastating to our economy and working families. Fixing our broken health-care system is my number one priority for 2007."
Hmmmm. Both of us at THE RAD REPORT are uninsured. (Blogging doesn't have many benefits!) This sounds like the same old same old from politicians. But this article from the Wall Street Journal really makes some interesting points, check it out!: WSJ.
